about

solo jazz-y electric guitar, recorded direct into ableton. guitar rig (with preset 'fields of sco'), abbey road tape emulation j37, and some eq and compression.

i just wanted to explore the guitar a bit more in this and not get bogged down with synths and drums. i was learning a bit more about jazz guitar, like bill frisell, john scofield, julian lage, and brazillian guitarists like joao gilberto, luiz bonfa, baden powell. i wanted to push myself to learn more chords and fretboard patterns. here are the results of my experiments.
